Water Boyy is a Thai BL which has both a movie and a series adaptation. Whilst it isn’t the main focus of the story, the BL is definitely prominent throughout, which is why I decided to include it here. I will add both the movie and the series to this master post to keep everything together and to make it easier.

Water Boyy The Movie
The movie came first having been released in 2015.
Synopsis (Credit to MDL):
At a high school in Hua Hin, Nam is a talented swimmer, but he barely practices. A hot and handsome young man with an athletic body, Nam likes to party and has a lot of girlfriends. Everyone is jealous of him and everyone knows that he watches porn every day as if it’s his sleeping pill. His father is the swimming coach and often has fought with Nam. Then one day, Muek, a young swimmer who was forced by his father to come to Hua Hin for 3 months, becomes Nam’s new roommate. They have to live, sleep, eat, practice together. Meanwhile, Muek’s girlfriend, Nune, a rising actress, wants to surprise him at the dorm and, to her delight, Nam allows her to stay there. In this love competition, Nam, Muek and Nune. Who will eventually be the last man standing and fighting for Love?

Water Boyy The Series:
The series was made after tmovie by GMMTV and features Earth and New within the BL roles as well as White, Victor and Fon in other roles.

This series is based on the 2015 movie Waterboyy. Waii is the most popular member and captain of the Ocean College swimming club. He has a difficult relationship with his father who is also the team’s coach. Apo is the latest swimmer to join the club and Waii’s new roommate.
As the series was produced by GMMTV, they have made official subs on the series on youtube. I will link up the playlist they created, which has all of the episode in it.
