Gameboys is an ongoing Filipino series produced by The First Idea Company. The series sees Kokoy De Santos (fuccbois) in one of the mains along with Elijah Canlas, who has been in a few indie films and tv guest appearances. The series itself was filmed in an online kind of style considering the whole Covid-19 situation, but is done really well!
Synopsis (Credit to MDL):
A story about two young Filipino gamers named Cairo or Cai and Gavreel or Gav who become acquainted with each other after competing on an online game wherein the unknown gamer Gav won over the popular gamer Cai. They started as online game competitors but will their relationship develop into friendship or maybe even more than friendship?

GAMEBOYS SEASON 2 (UPCOMING):
It was announced at the end of the season 1 finale that there will be a season 2 in addition to the upcoming movie adaptation and GL spin off!

Pearl Next Door is an upcoming GL spin off of Gameboys which stars Pearl (Adrianna So) as the main protagonist in the series.
